Terms of sale

These terms apply when you order from iLike Candy at https://ilikecandy.com.

Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on the product page at the moment you check out. We reprice every cart on our server before payment, so the total you approve on the Stripe page is the total you pay. If a price is obviously wrong we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Sales tax is calculated from your delivery address.

Payment

Payment is taken by Stripe at the time of order. Your order is accepted once payment clears and we have sent a confirmation email. Promotional codes are subject to their own conditions and can be withdrawn at any time.

Delivery

Standard shipping is $5.99 and free on orders over $35. We aim to dispatch within 1–2 business days and deliver in 3–5 business days after that, but those are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns

Unopened bags in saleable condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method. Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded without a return. Because candy is food, opened bags cannot be restocked. Full details are on our shipping and returns page.

Product information

Ingredients, allergen notes and net weights are listed on each product page and taken from the packaging. Recipes and packaging can change; always read the pack you receive. Photographs are representative — shapes, colours and mix proportions vary by batch.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
